My vision: To Live a Big Life
I am a mom to two teenage sons, a partner to my significant other (SO), a friend, a daughter, sister, volunteer, community member, a leader, a colleague and a learning and development professional. I love to drink great wine and eat amazing food. I love to grow flowers and tomatoes, run, ride my bike (with aforementioned SO) and spend time with amazing people. I wear a lot of hats and my BigLifeVision stays with me in each role.
For 18 years I have been working with individuals, teams and organizations to help develop leadership capabilities in high potentials. It is wonderful and rewarding work. I am grateful.
To expand the reach of this work, Personal Mastery and Vision, to others I have created BigLIfeVision Collective. I am committed to building a community of stories and knowledge, of inspiration and support with tools and ideas to support all of our journeys. This community is designed to help everyone find their inner leader. You have to be able to lead yourself first before you can lead anyone else: children, employees, team members, family, community members – anyone.
Leadership is inherently personal and profoundly collective
Vision and Personal Mastery have been the foundation for my work and are the foundation for my life. Living a vision-centered life has challenged and supported me in many ways. My vision has guided me to make courageous choices and have hard conversations. It’s been a source of strength, hope and possibility when I needed it. And as I’ve challenged myself to truly live vision-centered, I have found great joy, passion, love and peace.
Vision, for me, is a source of light and warmth represented in the sun radiating out from my logo.
At BigLifeVision I invite you to work on your personal vision and join the BLV collective. Register as a community member, join a group, contribute to a conversation – make yourself at home.
